colleges and universities, spent every summer for 15
years with First People of northeastern Canada. His travels
to study the Mayan cultures and his expertise in world
mythology, religion, and psychology provided background
material for his writings. His two novels are a departure
from his textbook writing. He is currently Professor
Emeritus, Polk Community College, Winter Haven, Fl.
colleges and universities, spent every summer for 15
